1. Definitions
Jobrapido: Jobrapido S.r.l. company with it's office legally registered in Via De Amicis 28, 20123 Milan, Italy, owns and manages this website.

Advertisement: job vacancy advertisements accessible from the website, of which the content is determined and managed by the advertiser.
Banner: advertisements other than job vacancies accessible from the website, of which the content is determined and managed by the advertiser.
Advertiser: an individual or organization publishing advertisements or banners on the website for work-related or business purposes.
Candidate: a site user gaining access to the banner or advertisements and making use of the services offered by the site.
2. Description of the Services
1) Job search. With Jobrapido, candidates can access advertisements by searching for key words, places, etc.
2) Job alert. Candidates may also receive the advertisements in daily emails, by registering for the "job alert" service.
3) Publicity. With Jobrapido, advertisers may promote their advertisements and banners to the profiles of candidates to be selected, both directly on the site and in emails to candidates who have registered for "job alert".
3. Handling of personal information
The personal information handled by Jobrapido is provided by the user of his or her own free will to use the services offered by the site.
The information sent by the candidate to the advertiser is not kept or handled by Jobrapido.
The candidate activates the Jobalert service by registering in the specific section and agreeing to the specific terms of service.
The “Privacy Policy” section, accessible from the home page, contains a description of the type of data which is handled by Jobrapido and the way in which the handling takes place, in accordance with the legislation in force.
4. Industrial and intellectual property
The images, texts, graphics and distinguishing marks (brand names, domain names, etc) presented in the Site are protected by copyright or industrial and intellectual property laws, as well as the other relevant regulations currently in force (images, names, etc).
The contents of the site cannot be copied, stored, transmitted or distributed to third parties, except for downloading or reproduction for strictly personal reasons.
The third party images, texts and distinguishing marks (brand names, domain names, etc) which appear on the site belong to their owners and are used exclusively with reference to them. They are not in any way associated with Jobrapido.
Jobrapido is not aware of any illegal or unauthorised content on the site, and in any event agrees to immediately remove any content that may violate the rights of third parties, if we should receive a written report to that effect from the party concerned.
5. Contents
Jobrapido will continually update and verify the contents of the site and monitor the appropriate nature of the content of the advertisements and banners, to the best of its ability, to ensure the high quality of its services.
Jobrapido does not interfere with the contents of the advertisements or the contents of other web sites that can be accessed by link from its site, and is not required to carry out any monitoring or exercise any control over such contents.
Jobrapido plays no part whatsoever in the negotiations between advertisers and candidates, and has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the job opportunities or the truthfulness of the information submitted by candidates for forwarding to the advertisers.
Jobrapido will therefore accept no responsibility whatsoever for:
a) Content which may be illicit, or any violation of the law or third party rights (such as human rights, industrial property rights, copyrights or unfair competition) that may occur as a result of the publication of advertisements or contents in websites other than its own website;
b) Inaccuracies, errors or false information in the advertisements.
6. Level of Service
The Jobrapido site is highly accessible, and Jobrapido continuously seeks to improve the level of its service.
In the event of any temporary or prolonged service interruption, Jobrapido make every effort to minimise the interruption time, but is unable to guarantee the time required for the resumption of service.
Jobrapido will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damages of any kind that may be caused to candidates, advertisers or other parties as a result of any service interruption in service for reasons outside its control.
